Feeling Good Is Priceless

Today I wanted to talk about something that affects absolutely everything and that's feeling good in yourself. If you can nail this most days then, as a general rule, life is going to be better on the daily. We can't control a lot of the stuff that goes on in our lives but we can brighten our days with fresh flowers, productivity or a little bit of makeup. Most of us  have beasts behind closed doors who haunt us day in day out, I'm not saying it solves those things but I truly believe that I can water it down with pure confidence.

When I take time in my appearance, mental health, improving my environment etc it acts as a form of self care and has a knock on affect of me acing my day. We all have days where we just can't be asked and my tip is accept those days and really push to just feel good on the days where its possible. A few things that I make sure I'm always doing to help me boost my feel good factor include wearing makeup, fake tanning and having painted tootsies, keeping green plants just small things like this. I also journal most days so that I have an out pour of thoughts and I bullet journal as organisation makes me feel good. Of course there's so many more daily tasks that I do that brighten my mood and I want to encourage you to find yours.

Another thing to mention is we shouldn't rely on these things to make us feel good, truly it comes from within. However these tasks often improve my mental health as I'm spending more time on myself and that's whats matters. When your life feels like its falling apart and is generally rubbish then being able to control a few things in my life is so empowering especially when all the other chaos is out of my hands.

I hope at least some of that made sense, I feel like no one is going to understand what I'm talking about but put your trust in a complete stranger 😂. Write a list of things that make you happy or force you to spend more time on yourself and try and incorporate them into your daily life. And please don't feel ashamed for "vanity" its the twenty first century, hello? 😂
