Little Ways To Be A Little Healthier + Fitness Routine

Hello everyone! Wow that's a bit loud for 11 pm at night! Today I wanted to have a little chat about having a generally healthier lifestyle. I think that being physically able is so so important, firstly it's a natural boost for body confidence but it's also so good for your overall energy levels and general brightness. Sadly, few of us have the motivation to do hours and hours in the gym or the energy for proper cooking, so I thought I would share some easy ways that I try and add some healthy habits into my lifestyle. To start with lets talk about food, I'm a gal who loves her food and luckily the way I control my diet is not limiting how much I eat but rather what I eat.
